Heartland Wound & Urgent Care is a full-service healthcare provider that can meet all your healthcare needs. We provide urgent care, family practice, and wound care. Our providers specialize in family practice with years of wound care experience to manage acute and chronic conditions. Our goal is to help you heal quickly, feel your best and get back to your life as quick as possible. We accomplish this with a comprehensive approach and a combination of medication management, wound infection prevention, and education on disease process.

We offer unique payment options based on your family’s needs. These include pay by visit for in home or telehealth services and monthly payment plans for concierge service.

If you have a wound that needs to be treated, there is a flat fee plus a supply and procedure cost which will be discussed with you up front.

No matter which plan you chose, your healthcare goals are our priority.

Our Services

  • Family Practice

    Experience and knowledge in family practice. We want your family to become part of our family.

  • Concierge Services

    Individual cost - $75 per month.

    Family of 4 cost - $250 per month.

    $50 per person for each additional family member in your household after the fourth person.

    This service is provided in 3, 6, and 12 month contracts to help you meet your family’s changing healthcare needs.

  • Appointments

    Telehealth visits are available for acute illnesses, chronic condition management, and medication checks for $75 per visit.

    For more complex conditions, illnesses or wound evaluations, in-person visits can be done from the comfort of your home. These visits start at $100 per visit plus supplies, testing, or procedure fees.

  • Wound Care

    From simple to complex wounds, our staff can meet your wound care needs using an innovative approach for optimal wound healing.

    Wound care visits start at $100 plus the cost of procedures and/or supplies.

Kristy P, APRN WCC

Kristy shares 13 years of a variety of experience in healthcare. She graduated from the University of Kansas with her BSN in 2011. She followed this with her Master's in Nursing Science, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she has numerous other certifications including hospice, palliative care, and wound care.  She has worked in the Saint Luke’s Heart Institute giving her knowledge in cardiac care, pulmonary conditions, hypertension, and heart failure. She spent five years in hospice where she helped patients with terminal illnesses pass peacefully and with dignity. Kristy has spent the last seven years working in home health care as a wound care specialist providing education and healing for patients with a variety of conditions. Lastly, she has experience and knowledge in disease management in the family practice setting. She uses this knowledge to create sustainable goals that are patient centered to ensure the best possible outcomes for you.
